Audiograph ("we," "us," or "our") is developed and operated by Brantner Solutions LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique Apple User ID and optionally your name. During onboarding you choose a username and display name, which are stored in iCloud (CloudKit).
Content you create. Album ratings, written reviews, album collections, concert show logs, track ratings, track comments, and your list of favorite albums are stored in iCloud (CloudKit) and visible to other users you are followed by or who view your profile.
Social data. Follow relationships (who you follow, who follows you) and likes on reviews are stored in iCloud (CloudKit).
Profile photo. If you grant Contacts permission, we read your "Me" card photo from your device's Contacts to use as your profile picture. If you upload a photo manually, it is stored in iCloud (CloudKit). Your photo is visible to other users.
Apple Music data. If you grant Apple Music permission, we access your music library and playback state to display now-playing information, track listening time, and enable album search and playback. We do not store your Apple Music library on our servers.
Listening time. We track total hours listened locally and in your iCloud private database to calculate achievement tiers. This data is private and not shared with other users.
Concert video clips. If you attach video clips to a show log, we access your photo library and microphone as needed to process the clip. Videos are stored locally on your device; only a thumbnail URL may be stored in CloudKit.
Audiograph uses Apple's CloudKit infrastructure for data storage. Your public data (profile, reviews, lists, follows, likes) is stored in CloudKit's public database and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. Your private data (listening time, preferences) is stored in CloudKit's private database and is accessible only to you.
We do not operate our own servers to store your personal data. All data resides in Apple's iCloud infrastructure under your Apple ID.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your public profile content (username, display name, bio, reviews, ratings) is visible to other Audiograph users by design.
We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking libraries.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app: go to your Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, reviews, ratings, collections, follows, likes, and all associated data from CloudKit. This action cannot be undone.
If you uninstall the app without deleting your account, your data remains in iCloud and your profile remains visible to other users until you delete your account.
Audiograph is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Audiograph after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
